1980 airframe was converted in July 1998, at 480 hours on conversion, Sept 2000 owner forgot to lower landing gear. Mandatory N-2 gear replacement with prop box o/h and naturally new propeller. Owner flew aircraft for 6 years (1357.0 hours) and decided he wanted more power so engine was removed and sent to Standard Aero Canada for early hot section and power turbine enhancement. Engine came back with plus 13.8 rating…total time since all four wheels and nozzles replaced is 577.0 hours meaning that in another 1173.0 hours hot section will be due and in 2923.0 hours the major o/h will be due….this aircraft was repainted at time of engine upgrade, November 2011 PropJet sold this aircraft along with 2 other SE’s to an Natural Gas provider in Addison Texas, this company has a fleet of about 10 turboprop aircraft. Due to down size of company this aircraft is up for sale (reason why it is still located in Texas, usually PropJet will not take listing unless in procession of PropJet)….At the time of sale, current owner had all 3 SE’s installed with new like for like avionic panels. N212SB received Garmin G-500, GTN 750 and GTN-650 remote GMA-35 audio panel along with GTX-327 txp. All three SE’s received the L-3 Trilogy back up nav system with own back up battery system. Ground Radar interfaced with G-500, Garmin GDL-69A weather and X/M radio, Sandel 3308 installed as #2 nav back up. Has WX-500 strike finder and Ryan 9900BX traffic system…This is one of a very few with Garret Air Research pressurization system, same system that was used in the Cessna 340A, was an option. Had all new de-ice boots installed at time of conversion.. Has long range fuel system with Flint Tip Tanks giving 147 gallons fuel. BAS shoulder harness system, Bob Fields electric door seals…
